We were kindly invited to try out The Village in Moseley on Sunday for their Sunday Lunch and we had a fabulous time.
It is a gorgeous building both outside and inside and would be the most ideal place to take your Mum/Mom this Mother’s Day. Especially with all Mums getting a Mothers Day Gift included with their meal. As a plus, dogs are welcome in the bar too!
They have some fabulous Mothers Day set menus for both adults and children. But be sure to book as most tables were full on Sunday when we went and we wouldn’t want your Mum to be left disappointed.
I opted for the Roast Pork which came with a huge Yorkshire pudding on top with a good amount of crackling. Yum.
My husband went for the three meat roast which also came with Pigs in Blankets which I thought was a lovely added touch. And we went for a side of Cauliflower Cheese as in my book, it is a must with a Sunday Roast.
Matilda loves a roast dinner so opted for the Roast Chicken and Jemima decided on the tomato pasta which came with some garlic bread. The menu came with some crayons and activities to do which kept the girls occupied.
We went for cocktails and mocktails whilst there which were lovely. They have a good selection and I could quite easily come along in the summer and just sit outside sipping cocktails.
The food was really good quality and we had the best time. The service was second to none and we loved listening to the live music from Kerry Smyth Music.
