Have you heard of the Confetti Fields before? Last year was my first year of knowing that they existed and I tried to go on the last day but with a mass of traffic and leaving a bit too late, they closed and I missed them.
This year I was determined not to have that happen, so we left home at 9:30am and arrived just before 10:30am on the first Sunday that they were open.
If you have never heard of the Confetti Fields they are open for 10 days every year. And we are currently within those days as they close on Sunday 8th July. They’re located at: Wyke Manor, Wick, Pershore, Worcestershire, WR10 3NZ.
They are open 10am – 4pm. And they charge a tiny £2.50 each for entry (adults and children, although aged 5 and under go in for free).
It’s an experience I think everyone should try at least once.
The fields have porta loos, a marquee where you can get drinks and cakes and a flower stand where you can buy a large bunch of the flowers for a tiny £5. As it was the first Sunday the queue for this was long and we decided in the heat that we wouldn’t wait to buy some.
I definitely recommend getting to the fields early morning or late afternoon. To avoid the busy periods. There’s plenty of space to sit and have a picnic or you could pop to Pershore Abbey (5 minutes away by car) where they have a lovely play area and splash pad where children could play.
Hey, if you liked this review or maybe were inspired to try this out because of my post, you can always buy me or the kids a drink or a slice of cake on our next big trip! Just hit the button below, if you want to. 🙂
