Indulge in flavourful delights with Sizzling Pubs’ new lighter nights menu

Posted on 21/03/202421/03/2024

As the days grow longer and the sun begins to shine, Sizzling Pubs have introduced their new Lighter Nights menu, full to the brim with delicious dishes to satisfy every craving. Whether you’re seeking healthier options, vegan delights, or classic pub favourites, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Tables set up for the new menu launch

The menu caters to a variety of dietary requirements, featuring mouthwatering options such as the irresistible smothered vegan ribs (oh my, these are a must), perfect for plant-based diners looking for a hearty and flavourful dish.

For those seeking lighter fare, there is a chopped salad bowl bursting with fresh ingredients, or indulge in the spicy tandoori chicken for a burst of bold flavours on a bed of rice (or with chips – I couldn’t resist them).

No trip to Sizzling Pubs would be complete without savouring their traditional pub classics. A couple of people around me sank their teeth into delicious looking juicy burgers with toppings galore (special shout out for the amazing sounding ‘The Greek’ burger topped with Greek-style chicken, American-style cheesy slices, onion rings and jalapeños deizzled with a special hot sauce and tzatziki – yum!), hearty platters (I also couldn’t resist this) and other comforting dishes that are sure to leave you feeling satisfied.

House Sharing Platter: Crispy Chicken Wings, salt and chilli chicken fries, onion rings, garlic bread and skin-on fries. Served with BBQ sauce, garlic mayo and hot sauce.

What’s more, the Lighter Nights menu offers incredible value, with prices that are perfect for the current cost of living crisis, not leaving you feeling like it will break the bank. Enjoy the usual Sizzling Pubs prices, with unbeatable deals like 2 mains for £11 – an epic bargain that ensures you can treat yourself without emptying your wallet.

Beyond the delectable food offerings, Sizzling Pubs provides the perfect atmosphere for families and friends to gather and catch up. Whether you’re enjoying a meal with loved ones or meeting up for drinks with friends, the welcoming ambiance and friendly service made my visit a memorable one. It’s very much a ‘come as you are’ venue. Dress up if you want, or come in your everyday casuals. Everyone is welcome.

A variety of drinks are available. I chose a fruity orange mocktail.

Pair your meal with a selection of refreshing cocktails, beers, and wines to enhance your dining experience and toast to good times with great company. I treated myself to a mocktail but if you’re a drinker, you can discover classic and fruity gin flavours, whisk yourself away to a faraway beach (okay maybe not the beach) and enjoy Roch and spicy rums or something long, light and fruity. Or maybe you’re in the mood for a night of shots after a heavy week at work with your colleagues and want to treat yourself to 4 shots for £6. Bargain!

With its diverse menu, affordable prices, and inviting atmosphere, Sizzling Pubs’ Lighter Nights menu is the ultimate destination for foodies and families alike. Come together, indulge in delicious eats, and create unforgettable memories at your local Sizzling Pub today!
