Location: 30 Mere Green Rd, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5BT. Opposite Mere Greens Sainsburys (just off the car park).
Me and the girls often come to this playground when we have been to one of the toddler groups that we attend, either at St James Community Church Centre or at Mere Green Community Centre.
We love it here as it is spacious, clean and the girls both have plenty that they can play on.
The girls always race onto the big slide first as it’s by the main gate into the park.
And then they race to the swings…
Shortly followed by the little slide…
There’s plenty for them to go in this park, including a see saw, roundabout, climbing frame, slides, swings and stepping stones.
I forgot to take a picture today, but they also have a number game where a voice in the unit shouts out patterns of numbers and you have to jump onto the numbers in the correct pattern. It is great fun. Even for adults. Ha.
The park has outside gym equipment and a pitch to play on too, I’ll try to take pictures next time I go and edit this post.
It’s a great little park for under 10s and another to put on your list of different parks to pop to.
Car parking is free for 3 hours, providing you purchase something from Sainsburys.
