Inflata Nation West Bromwich (now open)

Posted on 19/08/201906/03/2022

You will remember in 2018 we headed along to review the opening of the very first Inflata Nation in Birmingham, the branch in Stetchford. And we loved it. We laughed, we screamed, we jumped, we slid and we fought it out in a gladiator duel area. It was amazing. Check out our Stechford review here : https://smallhousebigtrips.co.uk/inflata-nation-birmingham-now-open/

We did that press review child free, meaning we were able to bounce around freely.

Yesterdays review of the brand new West Bromwich Inflata Nation (the second to open in the West Midlands) saw us take our two girls to enjoy what this new branch (in Astle Park, West Bromwich) has to offer and they were in awe when they entered the large retail unit filled with what is essentially, a very huge room filled with giant bouncy floors, sides, slides and obstacle pieces. And the largest supply of ball pool balls you have probably ever seen.

We all had an amazing time together. It was perfect quality time.

There are many differences between this branch and the one in Stetchford. This venue is full of slides. Double the amount of slides even. They also seemed quicker. I am unsure they are taller, but they are definitely faster and they have wavy slides too.

I went down what I thought was an easy small one into the ball pool and flew down so fast that I almost landed on a mans lap.

The girls loved it. The dare-devil that our youngest is, was found going down the slides on her front (she doesn’t get this from me).

This venue also has the wipeout balls in the ball pit like Stechford but also has its own Wipeout ball section which was great fun to watch people doing. Mr Trips had a go and I am proud to say that he managed it first time.

The obstacle course seemed a little longer too. And there is a slide (seperately) which ends with a drop onto a drop pad.

And the bouncy floor seemed to be a firm favourite for many people. Including Jemima.

There is a small under 4’s section which has a slide, ball pool and boucy area with bouncy things to crawl through.

It is the perfect space for little ones to jump around with no worries of being injured by adults on the main section.

That said, my 3 year old absolutely loved the main section and I’m not sure I could have contained her in the smaller section, even if I wanted to. The main arena is way too tempting.

When you get too hot, there is a café area where you can rest your feet and get yourself a drink. I had a Pepsi Max and the girls and hubby enjoyed large slushes which cooled us all down nicely.

Check out the Inflata Nation page for details on ticket prices and special sessions for familys, special needs, toddlers and adults: https://www.inflatanation.com/locations/

This is going to be a very popular place in West Bromwich.

Disclaimer: We were invited along to the press launch prior to the venue opening. All views are our own.
