Harvest Fields Park

Posted on 23/04/201806/07/2018

Location: Harvest Fields Park, Harvest Fields Way, Sutton Coldfield, B75 5TJ

Harvest Fields is a charitable organisation built and run on the ethos of Christianity. The centre is definitely worth exploring, they have a website online and are also on Facebook too (here are two birds eye photographs taken by a drone. Shared on the Harvest Fields Facebook Group. No name to credit – sorry).

Me and Jemima decided to visit the park just outside the front of the centre today.

It was nice to see a park that wasn’t too busy, was spacious and also had plenty of things for an energetic two year old to go on, without me having to stand right behind her 24/7.

Jemima met a little boy who she played with. They ran around together, going on the roundabout and see saw together and choosing to go on the swings and down the slides at exactly the same time. It was so nice to see her have a friend to play with. I know she misses Matilda lots when she is at school.

Definitely a nice little park to visit if you’re in the area. And you could pop into the centre for a nosey too :-).

Disclaimer: All photos are my own – not including the birds eye shot of the centre and park. This was done via a local resident with a drone and shared on the Harvest Fields Facebook site.

    Hi Kelly,

It was lovely to read your blog supporting the local Harvest Fields Park and centre I work at.

The drone pictures were taken by a local called Laurence who has worked here recently as we host conferences and events alongside running as a community centre.

I have shared your blog on our Facebook page as it is a great opportunity to promote the local park to locals with children in the area. Hope that’s ok!

    Many thanks and kind regards,

Hi Sam, Thank you so much for your message and for sharing my post on your Facebook page. Laurence has taken some amazing photos! Do you have any links to the groups that are run at your centre? Any family based/children focused ones that I could share on my site for you?

      Lovely to hear from you,

      Kelly
